Objective/Solution: A cross media campaign utilizing personalization in direct mail, email and video was created around ever-changing technology in unit coolers. The foundation of the marketing campaign was to show Century Refrigeration's development of new features for clients. The marketing goals were to create customer engagement, build a customer profile, score current relations, obtain feedback for prototype modifications and to educate and train for the new product launch.
